Middle Eastern Breads You Will Love (and are easy to make)!
I will be the first tell you that I cannot live without bread. I have some type of bread at every meal, no kidding. I have yet to succumb to the no-carb diet and seriously doubt I ever will.
In the Middle East, bread is an important part of its culinary culture. It's been made, served, sold, and eaten for thousands of years. Whether it be from a brick oven in a bakery or cooked on a stone in the desert, bread is a food just about everyone consumes.
Eat it plain or as a scoop for salads like tabbouleh, or even in a salad like fattoush. Toast them and make pita chips for hummus or baba ghannouj. There are many different ways to eat bread!
