  • 1 jar (15 oz.
    ) Alfredo sauce
  • ½ tsp.
    Chicken flavor Bouillon
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 Tbsp.
    finely chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 3 Tbsp.
    chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 Tbsp.
    spread, divided
  • 12 corn tortillas
  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 375°.
  2. Mix the Alfredo sauce, Bouillon, water, chipotle peppers and cilantro; then spread one half cup of the mixture at the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  3. Mix the chicken, another half cup of Alfredo and one cup of cheese together; set aside.
  4. Cook the tortillas in spread and place them on a towel-lined plate.
  5. Put an even amount of the chicken mixture into each tortilla and roll them into cylinders.
    Arrange the enchiladas (open side facing down) into the baking pan.
    Top with the remaining Alfredo sauce and cheese; then bake for approximately twenty-five minutes.
For a tasty variation, you can try Potato Poblano Enchiladas.
Replace the chicken with mashed potatoes that have been seasoned with cheese and Chicken Bouillon.
Mix the Alfredo with salsa verde and add sliced poblanos to the mashed potatoes before rolling them up.
Voila! An alternate and delicious new Tex-Mex recipe using Alfredo sauce.
Soup A creamy bowl of soup usually makes use of heavy cream or a combination of milk and flour to achieve its rich taste and texture.

  2. 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
  3. 1/3 cup finely chopped carrot

  6. 1 Tbsp.
    tomato paste
  7. ¼ cup white wine [or dry sherry]
  8. 4 cups chicken broth
  9. 1 package Alfredo sauce mix
  10. 1 lb.
    fresh cooked lobster meat
  11. ½ cup light cream
  1. Cook the vegetables and cayenne pepper over medium heat until tender.
    Then stir in the tomato paste and wine, bringing the broth to a boil and immediately reducing to simmer.
  2. Create the Alfredo sauce according to its directions, substituting ½ cup of light cream instead of the milk.
    Add the finished Alfredo, along with the lobster meat, to the simmering broth and allow to heat through.
