It's very possible to forgo the Viagra® and instead perform daily 6 minute exercises that will have your erection strong again.

I'm a type 1 diabetic and when I turned 40, my erection strength was not quite what it used to be.

What I found interesting is that there is a way to strengthen this muscle and doctors typically prescribe what is called Kegal exercises.
You can also perform erection exercises that will increase the blood flow to the penis and in fact increase the size of your penis both in length but more importantly (as my wife tells me) width.
The exercises take a few minutes a day and you can expect to see significant results in the strength of your erection in only a few days.
A month of erection exercises seems to be when the results really get a boost.
Do they work? Hell ya they work.
My spouse could not believe the difference.
Previously, I was only able to maintain that hard of an erection in the mornings but I can practically get that level any time I want without one single pill.
One other thing I noticed performing these exercises was an increase in sex drive.
I just want to do it all the time where previously, I was constantly depressed when I knew my wife was ready and I was not.
