How to Apply for a Chase ATM Card

1). Visit Chase's website and click on "Checking" under Personal Banking.
2). Click on the button "Open Now" at the bottom of the page for the checking account you wish to open. You will have the option to select Chase Total Checking, Chase Premier Plus Checking, Chase Premier Platinum Checking or Student Checking.
3). Complete the required fields in the Online Application and click "Next" when finished.
4). Enter your personal information to the required fields and click "Next" when finished.
5). Review your information and click "Edit" for changes or "Next" if there are no changes.
6). Enter account and banking detail information for withdrawal of funds to deposit to your new Chase checking account and click "Next" when finished.
7). Review your information and click "Submit" when finished. Your Chase checking account is now open and additional information, materials and your ATM/debit card will be sent to you in the mail.
