b) Make sure you are in a cozy spot, like a soft chair, so you can easily concentrate on eye palming.
c) Warning: Do not pressure your eyes into feeling like they are popping! d) Put your palm in a way that will leave the nose revealed as well as giving eyes a little airspace in the palm.
e) Take care to ensure that light cannot reach your eyes as much as possible by minimizing the space between your fingers.
f) Picture in your mind a black void empty of light.
