- Ham and vegetable omelet
- 1 Cup unflavored and unsweetened yogurt
- Any non-caffeinated herbal tea
- Baked chicken brushed with a little butter and flavored with salt and herbs
- Steamed broccoli and carrots flavored with very little salt and herbs
- Cucumber with a yogurt dressing
- Tasty gumbo
- Spinach salad
- Vegetable crudités with dip (make a dip from yogurt, herbs and spices, French onion soup, a little Tabasco and a tablespoon lemon juice)
- ½ A green pepper chopped
- ½ A onion chopped
- Chopped parsley
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 3 Eggs
- Chopped ham
- ½ Teaspoon salt
- White pepper to taste
- Sauté the vegetables and ham in half the butter
- Mix the eggs and flavorings in a bowl and lightly beat them
- Melt the rest of the butter in a pan and pour in the eggs
- When bubbles start to bubble add the vegetables to the center of the omelet
- Fold the omelet and serve.

- 3 Sliced radishes
