If you are looking for an easy example of a yeast diet to get rid of your yeast infection, have a look at this one.
You will be amazed to find, even with the very limited choices available, that you can still have very satisfying and tasty meals.
All you need to do is bend your mind around it.
Here is an example for one day's meals for a good yeast diet: Breakfast:
  • Ham and vegetable omelet
  • 1 Cup unflavored and unsweetened yogurt
  • Any non-caffeinated herbal tea
Lunch:
  • Baked chicken brushed with a little butter and flavored with salt and herbs
  • Steamed broccoli and carrots flavored with very little salt and herbs
  • Cucumber with a yogurt dressing
Dinner:
  • Tasty gumbo
  • Spinach salad
  • Vegetable crudités with dip (make a dip from yogurt, herbs and spices, French onion soup, a little Tabasco and a tablespoon lemon juice)
Here are a few recipes to help you with your yeast diet: Ham and vegetable omelet: Ingredients:
  • ½ A green pepper chopped
  • ½ A onion chopped
  • Chopped parsley
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • Chopped ham
  • ½ Teaspoon salt
  • White pepper to taste
Method:
  1. Sauté the vegetables and ham in half the butter
  2. Mix the eggs and flavorings in a bowl and lightly beat them
  3. Melt the rest of the butter in a pan and pour in the eggs
  4. When bubbles start to bubble add the vegetables to the center of the omelet
  5. Fold the omelet and serve.
Here is a tasty gumbo recipe for your yeast diet: Ingredients:
  • 3 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 Chopped small onion
  • 3 Stalks of celery chopped
  • 2 Pounds chopped fresh okra
  • 4 Fresh tomatoes
  • 8 oz.
    Tomato sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon of chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ Green peppers chopped
  • 11/2 Pound of cleaned shrimps
  • ½ Pound of crab meat (any kind, fresh or tinned or frozen grab sticks)
  • 10 oz.
    Oysters (optional, only if you like then)
Method for your tasty gumbo:
  1. Melt the butter
  2. Sauté the onions until clear
  3. Add the celery
  4. Add the cut okra and brown a little
  5. Add the whole tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, chili powder and green pepper
  6. Simmer for +/- 20 minutes until vegetables are soft and the flavors have mixed.
  7. Add the cleaned seafood and simmer for another 10-20 minutes
If you do not want to use seafood you can substitute it with chicken.
Now for a tasty spinach recipe for your yeast diet: Ingredients:
  • 1 Head of spinach washed and torn into small pieces
  • 1 Cucumber sliced or diced, as you prefer
  • 1 Chopped tomato
  • 2 Hard boiled eggs
  • ½ Cup chopped cauliflower (if you enjoy raw cauliflower)
  • 1 Stalk of chopped celery
  • 3 Sliced radishes
  • A little bit of fresh sprouts (if you prefer)
  • Herbs and spices to taste
  • A little lemon and oil dressing
Method: Toss all the ingredients together and add a little of your dressing.
