Treating Fibroids - My Daily Diet
When I was diagnosed and not wanting to undergo a hysterectomy operation, I said to myself that I need to deal with my health issues and prove the doctors wrong that I do not need to have such a major operation and get rid of my uterus.
I felt that I couldn't live without my uterus - so I had to find an alternative method to combat my heavy bleeding and the embarrassing situations that I had encountered.
Speaking with a dear friend of mine who had experienced heavy blood loss and also had fibroids the size of a 16 weeks pregnant woman (just like myself) and she informed me of her journey and how she tackled her fibroids and shrunk them.
I decided to follow her method and I am proud to say that I have become a much healthier, fitter, more energized and stronger person and have changed the way I eat.
I eat more healthier, I have been able to eradicate all red meat from my diet, I eat more raw foods i.

fruit and vegetables, I juice very often and I must also say through that, I have turned into a healthy guru! My daily diet consists of green vegetable juicing in the morning followed by a healthy breakfast which could entail porridge in water, a plate of mixed fruit.
I have a fish salad with sprouts and seeds at lunchtime, followed by another salad in the evening with some fiber which usually consist of a slice or two of brown granary bread.
I also make a carrot juice which consist of other fruits, i.

pineapple, apples, oranges and bananas and any other fruits can be added to the juice and the goodness and vitality attributed from those fruits is amazing.
In order for you to achieve a change in yourself, you need to make sure you juice everyday initially until your body gets accustomed and familiar with the change that your body is going through.
