Pimples are embarrassing and gross, but we all get them.
That's why I'm going to tell you some home remedies and simple tricks for how to get rid of pimples fast and easy.
First of all, if you get a pimple, it's a bad idea to pop it.
When you pop a zit it releases loads of bacteria that can cause more acne and can even get infected.
No matter how tempting it is, don't pop it! Besides, it gets red, swollen, and looks terrible when you do.
Tip 1 - Wash Your Face It sounds so simple, but you'd be surprised how many people have acne and pimples and just don't wash their face well.
When washing use antibacterial face wash (not soap).
Use something gentle that won't irritate your skin.
Acne is a combination of bacteria, hormones, and oil production.
If you dry out your skin, it will only produce even more oil and make acne worse.
Tip 2 - Cut Your Hair At least keep it off of your face.
Hair collects oil.
If it's hanging down around your face, it can make your face extra-oily.
Tip 3 - Sleep On a Clean Pillow People sweat a lot while they sleep--some people sweat more than others.
This can make you smell bad, but it can also collect dirt and oil on your sheets and pillowcases.
If you have bad acne, change your pillowcase every other night.
At least turn the pillow over and sleep on a clean side each night.
I'd also recommend getting a shower in the morning AND at night.
This will make sure you remove excess oil and dirt from your body that can clog pours.
Tip 4 - Don't Touch Your Face Learning to stop touching your face is a great way for how to get rid of pimples fast and easy.
We transfer loads of oil and bacteria to our faces when we touch them.
In fact, I personally had a problem with acne around my chin and I noticed that when I surfed the internet (which is often!) I would frequently rub my chin.

And what do you know, my acne cleared up drastically within a week! Tip 5 - Eat a Healthy Diet Stop gorging on greasy foods.
Drink and eat lots of (real) fruits and juices.
In fact, if you can, hand squeeze a glass of orange juice in the morning.
It won't be loaded with excess sugar and fruits have powerful anti-oxidants that can help maintain healthy hormones.
Tip 6 - If You've Just Got to...
If you've got a problem pimple and big day tomorrow and no other option, don't pop that zit.
Instead apply a small bit of plain toothpaste to it and leave it overnight.
This will draw swelling and redness out.
