Rosacea must have been one of the worst skin troubles one could ever have. So many things have been done, yet the burden of facing the must-not-have nightmares is still there. If you think you are doing the right things and using the right products, think again. Does your acne rosacea skin care do well to your skin?

The cause of this rosacea is still unknown. Most Caucasians and fair-skinned people are mostly affected. One said to be the cause is the hereditary strength of this case. In genetics, if one in your family have this, there is a higher possibility that the next few generations will acquire the same condition. It is also common for women 30-50 years old and may be aggravated by stress and other precipitating factors.

They are come in the most unwanted symptoms. There is a continuous flushing and redness in your forehead, nose and face. Tiny blood pathways in your face grow bigger and wider making them more visible and unusually evident. This causes flushing and web-like lines called telangiectasis on your face.

There are some environmental factors that can and may contribute to the sprout and worsening of the skin trouble. One is too much exposure to the sun's rays and heat. Also, bacteria, stress, fear, anxiety and underlying medical conditions that affect your blood vessel (veins, arteries and especially capillaries) may cause rosacea. Other related to lifestyle factors also add up to worsen the condition, like drinking too much alcohol, smoking and inappropriate food intake.

Management of rosacea is much more difficult if it comes with too much sensitivity. Creams and lotions that actually tell you that they can solve your rosacea skin problem, well better think twice. These remedies may just flare up the condition. Hypersensitivity and irritation may occur in the middle of the treatment so necessary precautions should be undertaken, may they be in chemical or even natural ways. One good way is to treat with vinegar cleansing and green tea applications. They both act to decrease the number of harmful bacteria present on your skin. They may also decrease redness and puffiness of your face. Some skin care products have green tea in their content so this may do so. But do remember that before you start putting it all over your skin, try it first in a small area of your skin and check for sensitivity. For you wouldn't want to make things all worse.

Better be vigilant and critical when it comes to your acne rosacea skin care. Nothing happens overnight and it needs a lot of patience and careful treatment. Be wise to look nice!
