Accessory Designer Job Description
- An accessories designer is required to create, locate and develop concepts of any accessories that may accompany clothing. Accessories can include, but are not limited to, hats, belts, watches, scarves, necklaces and earrings. Many accessory designers can work from home, which may entice those who like to telecommute.

Research each school carefully based on your personal interests. Training can last several months to several years, depending on the extent of the program. Computer and graphic design skills are needed as you may use computers in designing accessories. Determination is required as well. You must also know how to negotiate with the seller and the buyer to ensure your accessories are being sold at the best price.
