How to Microwave Apple & Raisin Stuffing
- 1). Mix the bread cubes with the melted butter, chopped onions, celery, apples and raisins in the microwave-safe dish using a wooden spoon.
- 2). Add the chicken broth to the bread mixture, and mix gently with the spoon.
- 3). Sprinkle in the salt, pepper, sage and poultry seasoning, and mix gently with the spoon.
- 4). Place the lid on the dish, and put the dish in the microwave.
- 5). Microwave the stuffing on a high power setting for four to six minutes.
- 6). Remove the dish from the microwave and let it sit for five minutes.
- 7). Remove the lid from the dish, and gently fluff the stuffing using a fork.
- 8). Serve immediately.
