Hello, I'm Chef Rafael, and today we're going to talk about oven baked pineapple flavored chicken wings. We're going to make a barbecue sauce to coat these wings. We're going to bake the wings in the oven and when they come out we'll have a sauce waiting for them to get tossed in. Now the things I'm going to use today, we're going to use two cups of diced pineapple. We're going to use half of a red onion, ten ounces of vegetable juice, ten ounces of ketchup, a quarter cup of apple cider vinegar and one cup of pineapple juice. We're also going to add into there we're going to add two tablespoons of minced garlic and we're going to use a little bit of olive oil. Of course we're going to start off with a little oil in the pan. So our pan is getting hot, we'll start off with our onions, then our pineapple and we're going to hit this with a little bit of salt and what you want to do is wait for your onions to get soft. After we do the garlic which is going to be next we will do the apple cider vinegar to deglaze the pan and then we'll go with all the three different juices. We'll go with the tomato, ketchup, we'll go with the vegetable juice and then we'll go with the pineapple juice. We're going to let these come to and when they start simmering, we're going to let it cook for about a good hour of simmering so it can thicken up a little bit and then when the wings are done we'll just toss our wings in the sauce. So I've pulled my wings out of the oven, tossed them in my sauce and garnished with some fresh diced pineapple and that looks amazing doesn't it? Sweet flavor of pineapple.
