€ Should possess skill in particular occupation that is included in the skilled occupation list
€ Should possess suitable skills assessment in relevance to the occupation
€ Must be below 50 years of age for getting the invitation
€ Must meet all the criteria related to English language
€ Must score minimum 60 points during the point test
