Walnut Pear Spice Cake
This moist pear cake is spiced with cinnamon, ginger, and cloves and filled with walnuts and raisins. This recipe can be prepared in a regular loaf pan (8" x 5") or it can be divided into four mini (3 by 6 inch) loaf pans for gifting. This cake also freezes well.
