- 1). Contact Expedia.com's customer support department at 866-307-5594, then make the selection to speak with a live operator. Give the support agent your reservation number, the number of the flight that needs to be rescheduled, and the departure and arrival cities.
- 2). Wait while the Expedia.com representative checks the airline to see what other flights may accommodate your travel needs.
- 3). Choose an alternative flight to your destination. Pay the difference for the ticket if necessary.
- 4). Open an Internet browser and log in to your Expedia.com account. Print out your new flight schedule and boarding pass.
