• In some cases, taking Phentermine has caused a change in sex drive, decreased sexual ability or impotence. Most sexual side effects of Acxion are considered serious side effects and should be reported to a doctor immediately.
  
  

Other Common Side Effects

• Other common side effects reported while taking Acxion include: bad taste in mouth, dizziness, dry mouth and headache.
  
  

Other Serious Side Effects
