- 1). Visit the official Louisville, Kentucky website to obtain a copy of your accident report (louisvilleky.gov). Locate the accident report number given to you by the Louisville police officers that arrived at the scene of your accident.
- 2). Click on the link to access your report, which directs you to a third party website utilized by the State of Kentucky, as well as Georgia and Indiana, for accident reports. Choose Kentucky from the drop down menu and click "Find Document".
- 3). Enter the last name of the party involved in the accident, the date of the accident, the police department that responded to the accident and your driver's license number. Enter your credit card information to pay the small fee for obtaining an online copy of a Louisville accident report. View and print your accident report.
