Anxiety and panic can be triggered in many ways.
If you deal with consistent anxiety and panic and want to stop triggering these attacks, you must learn about them so that you can avoid causing yourself more harm.
Depression is closely related to anxiety.
Having poor self-esteem and being self conscious is one way to trigger anxiety or a panic attack.
Thinking that you are 'not worthy' or 'less than' other people can make you feel anxious and nervous, which can ultimately lead to a panic attack.

Putting too much pressure on yourself is another way to trigger panic and anxiety.
Deadlines at work, bills, problems with family, and other pressure-causing situations can worsen your anxiety symptoms.
Take a breather and try not to take life too seriously in order to combat this.
Having a poor diet and ingesting harmful chemicals is one of the biggest anxiety triggers.
If you consume a lot of alcohol, caffeine, or sugar you may want to consider limiting or eliminating them altogether.
Eating a healthy diet with colourful fruits and vegetables can help calm your nervous system.
A lack of exercise or being too sedentary can cause anxiety as well.
You need to get off the couch and get both your brain and your body in shape.
A strong mind/body connection is a great anxiety killer.
These are some of the biggest panic and anxiety triggers out there.
If you can try to stay healthy, stop worrying so much, and stay happy you will have a good chance of being anxiety free.
Drugs and medications can help, of course, but if you can beat anxiety without going down that path it is a much healthier option.
