Thus, civil services, has also adopted a challenging method of recruitment which will give the entry ticket only to the most deserving candidates. The recruitment is preceded by IAS prelims, IAS mains and an interview. All these stages cover a wide syllabus which makes them all the more competitive.
IAS prelims:
