Every game seems to have a rule to it.
If you play basketball you're going to have rules to follow.
Same applies to just about every sport.
Failure to follow these rules will only result in penalties and cause you to lose the game.

The reason for this is due to a lack of blood flow because of the constriction of your hair on your scalp.
On top of that if you choose to eat wrong and not in such a way that your follicles will benefit, you'll lose hair faster than you can even blink.
Great nutrients known to stimulate growth should include magnesium, zinc, copper, and iron.
A deficiency of any of them will be dangerous.
