- 1). Input your email address and password into the "Log In" fields at the top of the main Facebook website, and sign in to your account if you have not already done so.
- 2). Navigate to the post you want to un-like. If you remember which user posted it, visit his profile and scroll down through his Wall to see a list of all posts he's made. Otherwise, scroll down through your Facebook News Feed until you locate the post in question.
- 3). Click the "Unlike" button underneath the post. If no "Unlike" button appears, it means you never liked the post in the first place and don't need to take additional action.
- 4). Navigate to any Facebook "page" you've liked, and click the "Unlike" button next to its title to un-like it.
