Conditioners often guided us by the force of dogma.
These dogmas came from their conditioners, often from their own pain.
Dogmas can be legal, religious, political, medical, economic, organizational and so on.
Webster's definition of dogma is "Something held as an established opinion; esp.
: a definite authoritative tenet.
By its very definition, a dogma is likely devoid of logic and reason.
Authority figures (priests, rulers, judges, military figures, bosses, etc.
) throughout history have filled the masses with fear and feelings of shame and inferiority.
This is done by teaching them dogma, mandating allegiance to this "opinion," then punishing, even executing those who disbelieve or disobey.
Is this not the environment that often controlled our development? Even those of us who have enlightened parents grew up in a dysfunctional world.
So, we often chose conditioned responses rather than our own natural impulses; this in an effort to avoid painful consequences.
These responses created energy fields of unresolved emotional pain in our hard-drives, our operating systems (between our throat and our lower plumbing).
These viruses (and they are viruses) eat us all from within.
Employees, colleagues, coworkers, managers, all of us have these pockets of pain that we will do anything to avoid.
Unresolved emotional pain is an energy pattern that needs to be fed by like energy vibrations.
Or we could feel them until they are completely felt.
Feel 'em or feed 'em.
The cumulative effect of unresolved pain viruses gumming-up the operating systems of the people within any organization is that its smooth functioning is stagnated by viruses that can quite easily be deleted.
Easily? Yes! When we have a virus in our computer hard-drive, we either delete it with an anti-virus or is continues to grow until the host is destroyed.
That is the nature of viruses.
Our human system is vastly more sophisticated than all those computers that we have invented and constructed.
Nonetheless, when a virus (unresolved emotional pain) enters the host body, no amount of self-will, professional help, prayer, cutting or medication can delete the virus.
It will eat, grow and destroy individuals and groups; groups like businesses.
So, here, very simply is what we do to delete the virus.
Once our ego-driven mind brings up a thought that generates a feeling somewhere in our body that feels like an emotional energy pattern of pain, we locate where in our body the virus is "eating.
" Instead of thinking about it any longer (tell the mind to "hush!"), we close our eyes.
We put the thought behind us, and take our Pure Awareness (the very power that we are) and move gently and fully into the center of the energy field of that bug.
We allow it to be (because it is), and we feel it completely until there is nothing left to feel.
When there is nothing left to feel, there is nothing left.
The virus is gone, deleted by the power of Pure Awareness.
So, what if this works? It does...
every time.
When we just test it on ourselves, we experience joy and lightness returning to our life.
We have deleted emotional charges in our own systems.
We are then in a position to coach others.
We will become comfortable enough to acquaint everyone in our organization with this simple technique.
Of course, this would apply only to those whose operating system is bogged down by unresolved emotional pain (that would be just about everyone).
This is the whole anti-virus program.
Of course, it takes practice to tell the mind to hush and become the powerful Norton anti-virus that we are.
Practice this until it becomes a habit.
Then take this to your friends, co-workers, employees, management...
everybody.
