Baked Dairy-Free Chicken Nuggets
These super easy treats are finger foods for adults and kids alike—whether or not they’re dairy-free. And, because they’re baked and not fried, they’re a bit healthier than the fast food variety. Serve these chicken nuggets with whatever sauce you (or your little ones) like. Honey mustard, barbecue sauce, honey, ketchup, vegan ranch—they all fit the bill.
Nutritional yeast adds a cheesy texture to these nuggets as well as b-vitamins and proteins, but if you're out or would rather omit it, go ahead. I love the flavor the yeast imparts to these, though, so I only leave it out if I've realized I've forgotten to pick some up or have none in the pantry.
