How to Get New Zoo Tycoon Items

1). Click on the "Research and Conservation" tab on the left side of the game screen.
2). Select "Current Research" from the menu that appears.
3). Choose the items that you wish to acquire. The research option includes items for your guests and staff such as restaurants and souvenir shops.
4). Increase the monthly funding for the research. You can spend a maximum of $1,000 for each research project. The more money you spend, the faster you'll obtain the item.
5). Return to the "Research and Conservation" tab and choose "Current Conservation."
6). Increase the monthly budget for different conservation projects to add new animals, habitats, and toys to your inventory.
7). Return to the main game and wait for a few game days to pass.
8). Click the "Research and Conservation" tab again. The menu will display how close you are to fully finishing your research. Once you've completed the research, your new items will be automatically added to the "Construction" tab.
