Woodwork Projects That Are Going Nowhere?
Out of Ideas
Do you keep putting off that new woodworking project that you promised your wife because you don't know how to make it work - and you're flat out of ideas? You're not a professional woodworker but you have enough experience to know that woodworking projects never ever "fall together." If you don't have the right plans before you start you know that you're going to end up wasting money and getting mad at the same time.
Quit in Frustration
Did you start the project and quit in frustration when nothing fit together and everything that could go wrong did go wrong? Woodworking is not as easy at looks - to some people - the ones who only see finished products and never even started a woodworking project.
Sticker Shock
You want a garden shed to get your outdoor tools organized and out of the weather, but you got whacked in the head by how much the building supply store wanted for even a small pre-fab building? You can build it cheaper yourself, but you don't dare without detailed cutting and fitting plans.
There is a way to get any woodworking project done right and on budget. If you have a master woodworker by your side every step of way it would be a piece of cake, and especially nice too if he gave you all the credit for every completed project. You won't get a personal visit, but I have found that woodworking plans and practical, hands-on advice got me through more projects that I would have attempted on my own.
