An open atrium stretches six decks high and passengers can enjoy two pools and six whirlpools, full-service spa and fitness center, a jogging track, and a rock-climbing wall on the top deck. Kids receive a special "Explorations" edition of the ship's daily newsletter. Grandeur of the Seas has Adventure Ocean youth facilities, supervised activities for kids ages 3 to 17.     • Radiance of the Seas' 2,501 passengers are sure to enjoy the ship's light and airy decor. The atrium in the center of the 962-foot ship rises nine decks with floor-to-ceiling glass. Cascades, the elegant two-level main dining room, has a waterfall, winding staircase and enormous pillars that resemble the set of a 1940s film set. There are two specialty restaurants requiring reservations and charging small surcharge: Chops, a premium steakhouse choice, and Portofino, home to a Murder Mystery dinner theater. The two-level Aurora Theatre has an arctic theme with decor resembling glacial landscapes and a stage curtain inspired by the aurora borealis (sky phenomenon in the Arctic region). Radiance of the Seas has a 15,000-plus square-foot, ocean-view, full-service spa and fully equipped fitness center. The Sports Club and Country Club has golf simulators, nine-hole miniature golf course, jogging track, basketball court and deck games. Adventure Ocean youth program separates kids from 3 to 17 years old into five groups for supervised age-specific activities.
