New Breed Specific Legislation laws are literally sweeping not only the nation, but the world.
These laws whilemade with good intentions are only causing grief and heartache to caring, law abiding, dog owners, and bad situations worse.

Dog attacks would not be possible if ALL dog owners were responsible, and abide by both leash laws and properly socialized and trained their animals.
