The course offers the opportunity to work with seasoned veterans to develop a customized outsourcing project plan for an actual project. It also offers networking opportunities to interact with other industry professionals and to synthesize the latest management thinking on outsourcing. They also get insights from real life outsourcing situations directly from companies around the world.
