- 1). Sit in the chair in your normal seated position with your knees at a 90 degree angle.
- 2). Grab the pneumatic lever on your right and pull it to adjust the seat height so that both feet are flat on the floor.
- 3). Grab the tilt lever on the right side and move it to release the lock on the seat angle.
- 4). Lean forwards or backwards to adjust the angle of the rear seatback.
- 5). Select your comfort angle and lock the position into place using the tilt lever.
- 6). Pull the arm adjustment level on the side of the chair and move the armrests up or down to your ideal location.
- 7). Press the ratchet back height buttons at the rear of the chair and slide the back of the chair up or down to your desired position.
