I found out about this campground online and from friends, and I RV camped there in May 2008.
Describe your camping trip:
We camped here for the May long weekend with a couple of other families. We went on two of the trails, which were really interesting. The campsites were almost all private, good size and good quality. The campground was a good size for seeing most of it in a weekend.
There was not much noise from other campers, no partying teenagers and the staff at the gate house as well as the store were friendly and helpful. The roads were in good repair. The comfort stations were cleaned regularly. Even though it was very cold and rained a lot on the weekend we were there, we had a great time.
Pros: Great sites, good variety of great trails. A few beaches to choose from including a pet beach. Nice staff.

Further comments: You have to book far in advance, as for most provincial parks, in order to get a site.
