This might be the most important phase of the employment process. Without a tentative employer there is no need to worry about the interview or resume.
Where to Look:

1. Friends, family, previous employers and acquaintances.

2. Unemployment Office and Library

3. Newspapers both local and near by large cities.

4. Employment agencies- short and permanent job positions.

5. Employment opportunities are accessible on large corporation HR web pages.

6. Internet search- networking, blogs, magnolia, face book and job specific surfing.

Resume-Tips
A perfect resume does not have to cost a bunch of money.

1. Be direct but not egotistic and name the type of job, where you would like it located and the action goals you want to reach.

2. Simply start with your strongest point, one or two outstanding skills and your education, training, and any relevant awards.

3. E-mail is faster and more professional so send your resume and cover letter in the body of the e-mail in a quicker fashion. Take 2 copies to interview.

4. Write existing and new resumes in Notepad or Simpletext to format 1" left margin, 3" right margin, text flush left with Courier font 12 pt., double space between sections, use bullets instead of asterisks and use caps to emphasis not bold.
