How to Merge Two Outlook 2007 Calendars
- 1). Open Outlook 2007.
- 2). Click "File," "Import and Export." The "Import and Export Wizard" will open.
- 3). Click on "Export to a file." Click "Next." Select "Comma Separated Values (DOS)" from the "Export to a File" box. Click "Next."
- 4). Select the second calendar you want to merge with the main calendar from the list under the heading "Select folder to export from." Click "Next."
- 5). Write down the calendar's file name and location path on a piece of paper--you will need this information later. Click "Next."
- 6). Click "Finish."
- 7). Select a date range for your exported calendar. Click "OK."
- 1). Click "File" and "Import and Export." Select "Import from another program or file." Click "Next."
- 2). Select "Comma Separated Values (DOS)" from the "Select file type to import from" box. Click "Next."
- 3). Click "Browse" to locate the calendar file name you wrote on the piece of paper if the calendar name is not showing in the "File to import" box.
- 4). Click on the circle next to the selection button that suits your needs in the "Options" section of the dialog box. Click "Next."
- 5). Select the folder in which you want to place the merged calendar--"Personal Folders" or another folder.
Click "Next." - 6). Click "Finish." Your merged calendar will appear under the Outlook 2007 main screen toolbar in the folder you selected.
