• 1). Select "Search" from the Start menu to bring up the Search Companion.
  
  
• 2). Enter the wildcard search as "*.ICO" in the "Search for Part or All of the File Name" text box.

Modify Existing Icons for Commonly Used Desktop Folders

• 1). Click on "Control Panel" from the Start menu. Next, choose "Appearance and Themes."

  Click on "Customize Desktop." At the General tab, make a selection from the desktop icon lineup and then click "Change Icon." (Note: Typically, "My Computer," "My Documents," "My Network Places," "Recycle Bin (full)," and "Recycle Bin (empty)" are shown.)
