But the only followers you have are either friends, employees or current customers.
You need to reach a larger audience (hopefully, potential customers).
Some favorites are flying an announcement at your point-of-sale locations, creating an email blast to current customers, or even easier, including social icons in your email signature.
Having a social signature increases awareness about your social media channels to whomever you decide to contact.
Adding hyperlinked images to your email signature is a great way to spread the word your business or freelance portfolio.
You can add virtually any image to your email signature, but the focus of this post is to hyperlink social media icons to your personal or company profiles.

Step by step: 1: Open Outlook 2: Click on Tools 3: Click on Options 4: From the tabs, click on "Mail Format" 5: Click on Signatures 6: Either click on an existing email signature to add a social icon or click the New button 7: Give your signature a name (for new email signatures) 8: Then in the Edit Signature section, type out all of your contact information 9: Place the mouse cursor below the contact information, and click on the "picture" icon (the 2nd icon from the right) 10: Browse to where you saved your social icon and click Insert.
11: Once you have the images in the signature, click on one of the images to highlight it (you will see the anchor points).
Then click on the "Insert hyperlink" button (it should be the last button on the right).
