At the Brady Pub, a silent Shawn Sr. serves Bo and Hope as they look over more translated letters between Santo and Colleen. Hope refers to Santo as a gorgeous guy, noting that he looks like EJ. Bo says Colleen should’ve run for the hills. Hope then coyly recalls how one day a really handsome guy came riding into her life on a motorcycle (Bo) and her plans kept turning inside out and upside down.

We then see a young Stefano and Shawn playing together on the beach with Santo and Colleen not far behind.

Colleen assures Santo that Stefano will be safe with Shawn. He then offers his coat to Colleen, who wonders how it would look if Sister Rose came climbing up the hill. She is uneasy about being seen with him without a chaperone, since those are the rules of the nunnery. Santo tells Colleen he would’ve kept asking her to meet him until she finally agreed. She asks him what he really wants from her and tells him not to give her any “blarney” about wanting a playmate for his son.

Bo admits he doesn’t like being compared to Santo. “In a good way,” clarifies Hope. “In a handsome bad boy way,” she smiles. She wonders if Colleen wanted Santo back then as much as Hope wanted Bo years ago. Bo believes Santo was taking advantage of Colleen, but Hope doubts that. Hope reads more of the letters from Colleen to Santo.

Colleen and Santo are on the beach again. Santo claims he only wants the pleasure of her company and the chance for Stefano to make a friend. He refers to Colleen as a great mystery. Colleen wonders if he has asked the other nuns on secret meetings or picnics.

He is curious to know why she has chosen this path in her life to become a nun. She replies that it’s not unusual for the young women in Galway. “But you are very beautiful,” he notes. She insists it’s an honor for her to give her life to God. Their hands touch and their eyes lock as he hands her the bottle of wine. She insists she needs to get Shawn and leave. “Colleen, to hide such great beauty is a sin,” he states. She professes she has wanted to join the nunnery since she was a “wee lass.” Santo claims it’s a pity to lose what she does not yet know. Colleen is offended and warns him not to dare pity her. She takes off his coat and throws it, threatening to toss him off the bluff and splutter his overbearing ego along the shores of Ireland if she has to.

Hope surmises that Colleen’s life was going along just fine until she became terrified with doubt. “Because of a guy who just happens to be married with a son,” remarks Bo. Hope states that once temptation happens, you never want to let go, as she is referring to her and Bo’s situation more than 20 years ago. Meanwhile, Colleen refers to Santo as a man who’s running from heartache with no direction. She continues to insist that being a nun is her calling. He promises not to question her calling again on one condition: “I would like to see you in a simple beautiful dress,” he states. Colleen is flabbergasted by his request. He promises to conduct himself as a perfect gentleman. She then yells for Shawn as Santo asks to meet with her tomorrow. A persistent Santo pleads with her to meet with him tomorrow, insisting it’s a simple request. “It is a sinful request,” she counters. She then hastily takes Shawn and leaves the beach, to Santo’s dismay.

Bo remarks that Santo crossed the line by asking Colleen to dress out of the habit. Hope then proceeds to read the letter from Santo to Colleen. It is revealed that Colleen agreed to meet with Santo again after all. Bo is incredulous. Colleen appears on the beach in a beautiful dress, to Santo’s delight. She no believes that Santo was sent to her to prove to herself that she has chosen the right path. She claims she’s not tempted by him. “I wish I could say the same,” confesses Santo. She then asks him to grant her a wish. “I want to be free of you,” she expresses. Santo declares that no matter how far away he goes, he can never be free of her. Curious Colleen then wonders what life is like outside of Galway. He refers to it as beautiful, amazing, mysterious, and terrifying. She is intrigued when he reveals that he’s been to New York City, then says her dad refers to it as the “Devil’s Den.” He laughs as he replies that many people would agree with that. She asks him to tell more about New York. He marvels about the tall buildings, the restaurants, and the swarms of people. He then asks her to close her eyes and imagine herself in the middle of the city going through the park on a horse and carriage. She is intrigued by the beauty of the big city. “Let me show you,” he implores as he strokes her face. She claims that will never happen. He gently moves in for a kiss, which she doesn’t exactly resist.

Bo blushes as he reads about Santo and Colleen’s first kiss. “Our kiss was terrifying and thrilling all at once,” he reads, describing Santo’s letter. Hope gets caught up in the moment and kisses Bo. A breathless Colleen breaks away and insists that she promised the church and has made her choice. They kiss passionately as a young Shawn witnesses the steamy encounter.

On Touch the Sky Airlines, Jerky Jeremy sits next down to Max, who insists on checking out the cargo again. Jeremy claims the merchandise is designer knock-offs and implores Max to make himself scarce after they land. Jeremy then walks off. Jett then sits down next to Max, who informs Jett that Jeremy shut him out cold from seeing the merchandise when they land. Max then inquires the real reason why Jett is staying in business with Jeremy.

Meanwhile, Stephanie asks Chelsea if she still would’ve made the flight if she was rolling around on the beach blanket with Jett rather than Nick. Chelsea insists it’s not over with Nick. Stephanie believes Chelsea’s only lying to herself, then leaves to deliver some drinks. Jett then sneaks up on Chelsea, who appears tense in his presence. He insists they need to talk about their near kiss, but Chelsea blows him off, claiming she’s too busy. She huffs at him to stop getting in hers and Nick’s way.
