- 1). Log on to "Neopets." Click the "Explore" button on the top toolbar, which will take you to a map of Neopia. Click on the "Haunted Woods." Once the Haunted Wood's page loads, press the picture of the Brain Tree. The Brain Tree is in the upper left-hand corner and has a sign by it.
- 2). Press the "Accept Quest" button beneath the Brain Tree. The Brain Tree will give you the name of a Neopet and ask to know when and where he died. You'll also be given a time limit, usually at least one hour. Press the "Back to the Haunted Woods" button.
- 3). Click on the "Esophagor," a blue mound located at the bottom of the Haunted Woods page. He will ask you to find him food. Press "Sure, I Will Find You Food." The Esophagor will give you items to find. Write down the names of these items.
- 4). Hold your mouse over the "Shop" button in the top toolbar, then drag it down the menu to "Shop Wizard" and click. Enter the name of the first item the Esophagor asked for into the Shop Wizard's toolbar, then press "Search." Write down the cheapest price listed. Do the same for the remaining items. Once you have all the prices, total them. If the total cost of the items the Esophagor asked for is less than 3,000 Neopoints, buy them. If it is more than this, you can still purchase the items, but your quest will likely not be profitable.
- 5). Return to the Esophagor and press the "I Have Your Food" button. The Esophagor will give you the answer to one of the Brain Tree's questions. Complete another Esophagor quest to get the second answer.
- 6). Return to the Brain Tree once you have both answers. Enter the information into the orange form below the photo of the Brain Tree. Press the "Submit Answer" button to receive your reward.
