How to Connect a Home Theater to a Flat-screen LCD Television
- 1). Plug the red composite wire into the red "Audio Out" jack on the rear of the LCD television.
- 2). Plug the white composite wire into the white "Audio Out" jack on the rear of the LCD television.
- 3). Plug the other end of the red composite cable into the red "Audio Input" jack on the rear of the home theater system. Note the input channel in which the cable is inserted.
- 4). Plug the other end of the white composite cable into the white "Audio Input" jack on the rear of the home theater system. Be sure to connect the cable to the same input channel as the red cable.
- 5). Turn on both the television and the home theater system. Set the home theater to the input to which the audio cables are connected. You will now hear the television audio projected through the home-theater system speakers.
