- 1). Download BootSkin from the link in Resources below. Once the BootSkin installation file has been downloaded, double-click on it to begin installing the software on your computer.
- 2). Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the BootSkin installation process. Once the software has been installed, click on the box next to "Launch BootSkin" in the "Installation Complete" window.
- 3). Select the desired Windows splash screen image from those listed in BootSkin and click "Preview" to see what the screen will look like during startup, including any animations.
- 4). Click "Apply" once you have chosen the Windows splash screen you wish to use. When you restart your computer, you will be presented with your new Windows splash screen.
