Mary Jo Spack, 45, a teacher at Freedom High in Tampa Bay, was arrested and charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of minors and one count of unlawful sex with a minor. According to reports Spack met two students, ages 17 and 18, at a liquor store then went to a motel where the three drank the alcohol. Alledgedly, more students met the group at the hotel and heard Spack and the 17-year-old having sex in the shower.
