Real Hell, is viewed as a place of horrible and excruciatingly intense pain due to the tortures and torments given to its inhabitants. Pits of hell fire, oceans of lava and grotesque demonic entities punish the unfortunate beings who reside in the Hell Fire, for all eternity. Every time your flesh and bones are damage, they regenerate to be damages and destroyed again over and over, forever in Hell Fire. There are a few simple requirements for entering the realm of hell: to live a life in sin and not repent, to never become baptized, or to take your own life. In knowing that all are one and not individuals separate from the creator, does this sound anything close to reasonable or real? To be trapped in a place such as this never to return to the source, entails that the source will never be complete again…. Hmmmmm….?
The classic depiction of Real Hell was described in Dante’s Inferno the “divine comedy“, where Dante traveled through the Hell Gate and back. According to the author of this work, there are 9 levels of hell that one can be condemned to. The story begins in the Darkwood, where individuals have the choice of either walking the straight path to the “desired” destination or taking a short cut through the Dark Forest. Those who choose the shortcut through the dark forest are on the path to hell, or damnation. Upon taking the shortcut the individual approaches Hell Gate, and at this point the individual is already past the point of no return. The first level of hell contains the souls of those who walked the fence their entire lives and were neither good nor evil, but neutral. This level is called Limbo, and many notable inhabitants include Homer and Horace, both classical poets. These individuals do not know they are in hell, as they believe they are living on another earth of some sort. The second level is for the lustful, those individuals who went through life engaged in promiscuous sexual intercourse with any and everybody. These beings are taken by a whirlwind with their many sexual partners tossed to and fro for all eternity.
The third circle is for the gluttonous, similar to lust in that they placed food in value over others and God. The fourth circle is for the hoarders of wealth, possessions, and other things. Circle five is for the wrathful and circle six contains the heretics. Circle seven has three rings in its hierarchy, as the base is for the violent individuals. The first ring is for the murderers, robbers, and plundered. Ring two is for the suicides and those harmful to the world. Circle three is for those harmful to God, nature, and art. Circle eight contains the fraudulent in all classifications of society and being. Circle nine is the most interesting, as it contains the traitors. When someone has been disloyal to you or has tricked you, the majority of us get a deep feeling of hate and a want for revenge on these individuals. Circle nine has four regions as follows: traitors to their kindred, traitors to their country, traitors to their guests, and traitors to their “lords”. In the fourth region resides Satan himself as he is trapped in a sea of ice from the waist down, continuously flapping his giant wings that keep the ice solid. For when one has stepped foot on the path to “Hell Fire” there is no turning back. Every breath you inhale you are closer to life, and as you exhale you are closer to death in every moment. To find your true self and purpose is of the greatest importance, for if you do not actively make the decision of what and who you are, the decision will be passively made for you. To be of a positive orientation and not “prove” that in your waking physical life, to incarnate after death upon a plane of negative service to self orientation would most definitely be ‘Real Hell”. The earth plane is a magnificent one indeed, for there are many beautiful things present, as well as many temptations that may lead one astray.
