Import from BlackBerry

• 1). Connect the BlackBerry to your computer with the device's mini-USB cable.
  
  
• 2). Click the Windows “Start” button. Select “Computer." Double-Click the icon representing your BlackBerry device to reveal all device folders.
  
  
• 3). Double-Click the “Media” folder. Click to select the media you want to transfer to your Nokia. To select multiple media files, press and hold your computer's Ctrl key as you select each file. Right-Click the selected files. Click “Copy.”
  
  
• 4). Disconnect the BlackBerry from your computer. Connect the Nokia to the computer with the device's USB data cable.
  
  
• 5). Click the Windows “Start” button and select “Computer.” Double-Click the Nokia device's icon. Double-Click the “My Videos” or “Music” folder.
  
  
• 6). Right-Click anywhere inside the folder. Select “Paste” to transfer the media files. This may take a few minutes, depending upon the amount of data you are transferring. Disconnect the Nokia from the computer when finished.
  
  

Export to Outlook

• 1). Download and install BlackBerry Desktop Manager to your computer. Connect the BlackBerry to the computer.
  
  
• 2). Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Click “Organizer.” Select “Configure Settings.” Check the “Address Book” box. Click “Setup” to reveal a list of desktop applications.
  
  
• 3). Select “Microsoft Outlook” from the list. Click “Next.
  
  
• 4). Select “One Way Sync From Device.” Click “Next” twice to import your BlackBerry contacts to Outlook. Click “Finish” when you receive a notification that the sync is complete.
  
  

Import to Nokia

• 1). Download and install the Nokia PC Suite software to your computer. The software is available on the Nokia website. Connect the Nokia device to the computer. Open Nokia PC Suite.
  
  
• 2). Connect the Nokia device to the computer. Open Nokia PC Suite.
  
  
• 3). Click “Synchronize Now.” Wait as your Outlook contacts are synced with the Nokia's address book.
