If you have a friend who loves gazing at stars, then get him a gift related to shooting stars. This gift gives you lots of room to be creative. Start by thinking about the interests of your friend. Consider getting a gift that helps your friend pursue his study of stars--or that gives him more opportunities to see shooting stars soar across the night sky. - Name a star in honor of your friend through a star registry such as the International Star Registry. Your friend will not own the star; he or she will "adopt" it. You can purchase a "star kit," which includes a color certificate that bears the name of the star, the date and the sky coordinates so that your friend can view the star.
