- 1). Collect cheese throughout the levels. You receive your first title, "Greedy Mouse," once you collect five pieces of cheese. There are 45 titles available for collecting cheese. The highest title is "Queen of Cheese," obtained at 228 pieces.
- 2). Grab the cheese first in a room with more than 11 people. You receive the "Fast Mouse" title for collecting one piece of cheese first. There are 46 titles available for grabbing the cheese first. The most difficult title is "LIGHTNING," obtained at 40,000 pieces of cheese grabbed first.
- 3). Save mice as a Shaman. In every round, the player with the highest score is appointed the Shaman. The Shaman heals other players and aids them in obtaining the cheese. You receive the title "Shaman Disciple" for saving 10 mice. There are 39 titles available for saving your fellow mice. The most difficult title is "Alpha & Omega," obtained by saving 140,000 mice.
- 4). Give presents to others on Christmas and Valentine's Day. If you give five presents to other players, you receive the "Little Snowflake" or "Alluring Mouse" title, respectively. If you give more than 60 presents to other players, you receive the "Santa Claus" or "Latin Lover" title.
