What, a New Secret Way to Diet?
With lots and lots of diets on the market its difficult to know which ones to go for and which to avoid.
I'm no expert but I've certainly tried a few in my time, so what is it with all these diets we're bombarded with all the time? I'm no expert and you may not be either, but we're not idiots are we.
Let's understand one thing first - it's highly likely that most diets are there to make money as opposed to help the nation get thinner and healthier.
Oh yes, there are a few who want to help, I'm not saying different, but come on, you and I both know that there's big money in diets 'cos we all want a better and healthier body and so we will in some cases, pay to get it.
As I said, I've done a few diets, y'know, milk shakes, cabbage soup, count the calories, the list goes on.
And yes, some do "work".
I put work in inverted commas as they "work" only because they starve you! In my unprofessional opinion a diet should always, without exception be first and foremost healthy.
That's a fair comment isn't it.
Secondly, the diet should always include exercise of some form.
Remember, use-it-or-lose-it.
And thirdly, the diet should be clothed in common sense.
I mean come on, who wants to eat cabbage for 14 days? It just doesn't sound normal does it.
May I point out that I am not qualified to tell you how to diet.
This information is my opinion on the matter, though I believe it is the correct way to base one's food eating habits on.
Here's to better bodies and smaller bums.
