    • 1). Pour your juice into the medium-sized pot and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Remove the pot from the heat.

    • 2). Gently whisk the gelatin into the juice until the gelatin is thoroughly dissolved.

    • 3). Carefully pour the liquid into your baking pan.

    • 4). Carefully place the pan in your fridge and chill the Jell-O until it is totally firm. This will usually take at least three hours.

    • 5). Fill your sink or a large roasting pan with a few inches of hot water. Dip the baking pan into the hot water for 10 to 15 seconds to release the Jell-O from the pan.

    • 6). Use your cookie cutters to cut designs out of the jello. Press the cookie cutter into the baking sheet of Jell-O and pull it out. The shape should remain in the cutter. You can push it out through the top of your cookie cutter. If the shape does not remain in the cutter, use a butter knife or thin spatula to gently remove the shape. Alternatively, start cutting your shapes from the edge of the pan so they can be removed from the sheet of Jell-O more easily.
