Acne Treatment - Treat Acne With Good Hygiene
So you have acne or skin prone to getting acne and you want to stop this from happening.
Well I have a couple of answers and ideas for you to stop zits and acne in their tracks.
First Make sure that the outside of your body is clean.
Wash your skin a couple of extra times a day.
This does not mean that you want to strip the natural oils from your skin but you do want to block the oils from getting trapped in the pores.
Wash as usual but make sure every 3 to 4 hours that you are rinsing your face with water and at least one extra time using some kind of soap to clean your face.
Soap, use clean soap to avoid acne problems.
Any soap will not do on your face.
You can use some scented soaps and harsher soaps on the rest of your body but when it comes to your face make sure that you are keeping your face clean using a glycerin soap, tea tree oil soap or at least a clean body wash that is unscented and does not have any chemicals in it.
If you are washing your face a few times a day treat it as a sensitive area like you should.
Eat cleaner foods.
I know that many dermatologists will disagree with this but it is important to note that most people with bad skin eat greasy or heavily processed foods.
You want to keep your food intake as clean as possible.
Stay away from pop and chocolate, no fried foods at all and try to eat as many raw foods as possible (uncooked).
Drink lots of water.
I know that some will fight me on this but I know for myself that when I am drinking at least 10 glasses of clean water a day I am feeling a lot better and my skin stays hydrated and it definitely makes my body clean including my skin.
Pop, tea, coffee and Gatorade do not count as water so do not use them as much and drink water instead.
