Sol Duc Hot Springs is one of the major attractions at Olympic National Park. Bordering the Pacific Ocean in northwest Washington, Olympic National Park is a World Heritage site offering more than 630,000 protected acres of diverse flora and fauna. For a hundred years, Sol Duc Hot Springs, translated from Native American as 'sparkling water,' has attracted visitors seeking out the healing powers of the spring's three large pools. Three park-operated hotels are located near Sol Duc Hot Springs. - Olympic National Park offers the opportunity to stay in cabins along the Sol Duc River, just a short walk from Sol Duc Hot Springs. The 28 cabins offer a serene option for visitors intent on listening only to nature's music, as the cabins do not provide televisions, radios or telephones. Of the 28 cabins, 21 are basic, providing space for up to five guest with two queen beds and a bathroom. Six of the cabins have kitchens, providing room for up to five guest with two queen beds and a bathroom. The River Suite is a three-bedroom, two-bath house which accommodates a maximum of 10 people. Each cabin rental includes free access to the hot springs. Amenities at the hot springs include a restaurant, spa services, cafe and gift shop.

olympicnationalparks.com - Built in 1916, Lake Crescent Lodge provides a turn-of-the-century ambiance while staying in Olympic National Park, about 10 miles from Sol Duc Hot Springs. Situated on the shores of Lake Crescent, the lodge provides a variety of accommodations from the contemporary Storm King rooms to the lakeside Marymere rooms. Lake Crescent Lodge also offers the famous Roosevelt Cottages, which are listed on the National Register for Historic Places. All accommodations have no modern electronics, but are well-appointed. The lodge offers a lake-side restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a lounge serving drinks and snacks.

olympicnationalparks.com - The only hotel in Olympic National Park located along the Pacific's shores, Kalaloch Lodge provides rooms in the main lodge, cabins along a bluff and rooms at the Seacrest, a detached, contemporary building. Accommodations at the main lodge are uniquely decorated, providing king beds and a fireplace. The cabins all overlook the Pacific, and either have a kitchen or fireplace. The Seacrest offers six hotel-style rooms with individual balconies. Every room at the lodge provides walking sticks, tide tables and coffee maker, but none have televisions. All meals are served at the Creekside Restaurant. The hotel is about an hour's drive along Highway 101 to Sol Duc Hot Springs.
