    • 1). Launch Safari from the dock and click the "History" button on the main menu. Scroll down and click "Clear History." Click "OK" to clear history.

    • 2). Click the "Safari" button and click "Preferences." Click the "Security" tab and click the "Show cookies" button. Click "Remove all" to delete saved cookies. Click "Done."

    • 3). Click the "Autofill" tab and click "Edit" next to "Other Forms." Click "Remove all" to clear saved email addresses, passwords and contact information. Click "Done."

    • 4). Click the "Safari" button on the main menu and click "Empty Cache" Click "OK" to confirm and remove the browser cache.

    • 5). Click the "Windows" button on the main menu and click "Downloads" to launch the downloads window. Click "Clear" to removed trails of downloaded content.
