The Two Most Effective Steps to Reduce Sagging Facial Skin

There are things you can do about sagging facial skin.
And not just cosmetic surgery or some of the latest non invasive treatments.
I mean things you can do immediately that over time will tighten things up.
Here are two of them.
Gravity and Collagen Loss For most of us, as we age, sagging facial skin is a fact of life.
Our skin gets thinner due to decreased levels of collagen, our faces loose volume and gravity starts to cause sagging.
But this is not inevitable - there are two things we can do immediately that will help just by themselves.
Ever wonder why the skin on the back of your neck stays firm while the skin in the front and on your face is normally where sagging occurs? It is because you're always using those neck muscles to support your head.

So just by exercising regularly, you will almost certainly reduce sagging facial skin.
Boosting skin collagen is the key However, you have to take it a step further and get right to the largest root cause.
And that is reduced levels of the protein collagen.
Our skin has the most collagen when we are in our early twenties.
This protein fills out the dermis and gives skin its strength, keeping it firm.
As we age, we loose about 1.
5 % of this protein each year.
This not only thins out our skin, but causes it to loose strength and start to sag.
If we can replace the lost collagen, we will reduce and even reverse sagging facial skin.
That's a fact - it's why cosmetic surgeons use collagen injections as one of their treatments.
