Holding Onto Negative Emotions

By holding on to unnecessary negative emotions, you allow them to drain your energy and undermine your effectiveness.
If you allow yourself to stay in a negative state all the time, you are also allowing yourself to not be able to focus on anything good.
You are allowing your mind to be filled with thoughts of fear, doubts and insecurities.
Your body will then experience fatigue, tightness and muscle tension, or in other words - stress.
If you notice where your negative emotions are coming from, you will realize that your negative emotions arise when you respond to something, attach a meaning to it, and picture it in your mind.
You add power to it by using words like anger, sadness, fear, guilt, hurt, etc.
to label and describe the situation or emotion.
You then experience the sensation and respond accordingly, as you always have unconsciously.
The fact is that negative emotions hurt your body.
Each negative emotion can contribute to the following health problems: Anger - Heart Attack, Heightened Cholesterol Sadness - Weakened Immune System, Depression Fear - Excessive Stress, PTSD, Phobia Guilt - Lowered Healing Energy Conflict - Cancer Stop hurting your body, and start focusing on the positive.
Start to be grateful for the things you have and start feeling good now.
Start thinking of things that makes you happy, relive that happy times, make the happy pictures in your head and hold on to them, really feel them and see how your state changes instantly.
You hold the key to happiness, success and a better future in you hands, focus on the positive things and see the magic happen.
